• Through the program configurator: the modules, format and approximate number of participants you select.
• In recruitment processes: name, email, current job title and LinkedIn profile.

We do not ask for sensitive data or data about minors. When you write to us, please avoid including confidential information we do not need in order to reply.

3. How we use the data

• To answer your inquiry and maintain the business or professional contact you request.
• To assess applications and profiles for recruitment processes.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you have given your express consent by ticking the corresponding box.

The legal basis is your consent when you submit a form and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to professional inquiries. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Service providers

To provide the service, we rely on technology providers that act as data processors:

• MailerLite, for managing newsletter subscriptions and mailings.

We keep the data for as long as the relationship or the interest that prompted the contact lasts and, for the newsletter, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted securely.
